Performance Objectives

Performance Objectives are a list of topics which should be understood by the candidate for the exams.

There are International Performance Objectives (.pdf) for the International exam and Local Performance Objectives (.pdf), which are divided into 4 topic areas: Crop Management (CM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Nutrient Management NM), and Soil & Water Management (SW).

The 4R NMS performance objectives can be viewed by CCAs who do nutrient management planning and focus their work in this area. It allows CCAs to prove their knowledge, advance their skills and draw awareness to their abilities. You must already have a CCA certification to be eligible to take the 4R NMS exam.
